..is education really important to us?

it was our vacant time and i have nothing to than simply ask myself , if education really important??? hindi ko alam kung bakit pumasok sa isip ko yon.. perhaps, it was because my mind is so much conscious to what is happening to us rigth now..

yes i belive that education is really important! but why? a lot of obstacles were blocking our way...

It is also often said that education is the great equalizer. Rightly so, because education offers equal and unlimited opportunities for advancement to both the rich and poor…irresspective of color…creed… gender.. and physical attributes. Indeed education is the best gift parents can bestow upon their children,even as the students themselves must grab every opportunity given them to acquire such education. The value of education as an investment for the future has always stood and flourish on solid foundation. It has even withstood the test of time. That’s because education is traditionally regarded as a sure boarding ticket to the most sought journey called future growth and development…

Mr BJ do not want students wo are not in proper attire- male: polo+slacks and female: skirt+(appropriate)blouse..

We wear the prescribe attire for us to enter to the class.. if not, expect him to let you go out..

As students, we have the responsibility and privilege to think to ourselves. Many persons give us information and piece of advice but no one thinks for us.

There are students who are not thinking very well. They read stories and novels without understanding or analyzing the facts of what they read. They read voraciously but still superficially without touching deeper into the ideas of the author.
Do you concentrate when you read? Do you think critically? Critical thinking needs understanding, investigating, and analyzing the philosophy and objective of the author. We should not accept what we read but also question and weigh the author’s ideas. Since no two men think exactly the same, it would be abnormal if we accept readily all what we read.
Defensive thinking is justifying a decision which we have in order to depend our opinion and beliefs, and to give reasons to support a plan or course of action.
Thinking as a mental activity is not easy. It requires an adequate background of accurate information as well as skills in using the mind. It is, however, the most interesting and rewarding kind of thinking, for leads to understanding knowledge and accomplishment.

There are tears in my eyes, but these are not solely for the death of one of the nation’s most beloved leaders. These are tears I weep out of frustration that the current crop of nation’s leaders do not share Cory’s heart and love for us. These are tears of sorrow that it has come to this, that the country’s matriarch is gone, and no one looms bright over the horizon to serve as the country’s guardian angel.

_13th day of the month.. how is your day?...

13th day of the month... I often heard some people saying that no. 13 is not a good number instead a bad luck day. Perhaps this were just superstitious believe we inherit to our forefathers for the past centuries. Accidents, unexpected death, failure to some activities, diseases and any other cause of pain were just coincidently happen.

2nd day of our midterm examination.. I did not give so much attention/consideration to what they say that 13 is a bad luck..i took my exams carefully.. read each items very well and write my answer in my paper.

A beautiful Wednesday morning..
CIT’ians expressing the so called fashion…**girls with their fabulous and glamorous attire and of course the boys with their polo shirt plus slacks.. wow!! Decent!!!
And since it was a day of expression.. I decided to answer the question ‘how does fashion affect your life??
In our everyday living, we cannot deny the fact that innovations are always under going. As we continue gazing the future, people always seeking for the betterment of everybody. And one of those development that we often observed are the randomly adopting of fashion to our society.
Fashion could affect my personality by appreciating the beauty of those things such as clothes, and accessories .even though we are suffiering global crisis brought about by the financial meltdown, still we cannot avoid ourselves from using them and it triggers me to use no matter how expensive they are,
Fashion is good as long as we cannot do harmful things to our selves and to others.

Of course I attended the flag ceremony as one of our requirement.
In our curriculum development class, we had a test.. a surprised long test, surprised in the sense that sir BJ used a unique way of administering the test.. he let us put our bags in front, next he let the class go out then he let one by one enter the room with his own choice of arrangement. I was shocked with the kind of test because it was contextual.. Word by word mare.. And we have only 1hr.. My God!! But it’s ok at least this is for our own benefit..
In our philo class, we had a discussion about man..
Likewise in our polscie class..
In our major, of course the atmosphere is still the same with yesterdays…tototot…sew….sew.. then sew again..
